US Family Health Plan
PacMed, located outside of Seattle, WA, was searching for a new marketing partner that had an expertise in healthcare marketing, specifically TRICARE Prime insurance. PacMed, one of six TRICARE® Designated Providers in the country, is a multi-specialty physician group. They approached Catalyst after seeing the successful marketing programs designed for Johns Hopkins USFHP.
Our experienced team analyzed their existing materials and campaign results and determined that PacMed needed a fresh look and strategy for marketing their plan to eligible active duty and retired military in the Seattle area. Their monthly mailings, print and digital ads were stale. A new a quarterly, themed based campaign was developed that included direct mail, print and digital. Each campaign consists of 3 unique mailings with matching digital and print ads. Multiple variables are being tested included creative messaging, imagery and response options to determine the best response vehicle for this market.
